Hello & Welcome!

Everyone loves to talk about food — it has a special kind of magic. I am in love with sharing my knowledge about how food is grown and produced. How our lands health and our bodies health are reflected in one another. I relish in beautiful spaces and all things delicious. I’ve built a 30 year career in & around kitchens. While collaborating with top industry professionals, engaging with the public, most especially the cooking curious, I discovered everyone has a very personal point of view and a wide range of equally unique approaches to expressing their preferences, needs and ideals. My passion & my skilled experience, rests in getting to know people, their preferences, challenges and lifestyle goals. Then crafting the best solutions to their needs.

Through the years of professional kitchen industry experience, hours & hours of listening, I craft educational events, tools, to the to bridge the communication gap between farmers, food manufacturers, food artisans, electrification energy experts, kitchen appliance manufacturers, wellness seekers, doctors, and patients. I am excited to be sharing my knowledge with teams and individuals across the country.

So please, connect with me, when you are finding true joy and health in the kitchen. Enjoy!

understanding regenerative Farming & Gardening

Regenerative agriculture is the conservation and rehabilitation practice of farming, that focuses on topsoil regeneration by increasing crop rotation through biodiversity, improving soils with no till practices such as diversity in cover crops & animal pasturing. Water capture and retention is the result of deep healing of the soil, when applying the regenerative principles of the water cycle. There is a direct correlation between the health of our farmland, it’s soil, and our physical bodies. I have been studying large, small, local & regional farming practices for many years now. My passion is practicing what I have learned directly into my garden, teaching in community gardens, my kitchen, domestically and professionally. I will share my work with farmers to find the best food distribution system solutions for all of us to access delicious, healthier, regenerative food.
